72 DPI is small and good for the web. 150 DPI is a good default for screens and slides. 300 DPI is for print. Higher DPI makes larger files and takes longer.
JPG is smaller and best for photos and scanned pages. Switch to PNG for text, diagrams, and screenshots where sharp edges matter.
Yes. After the file loads, click the pages you want in the grid. Only the selected pages are converted.
Yes. The full page is rendered, including images, vector graphics, and text, exactly as a PDF viewer shows it. Form fields and annotations are included as they appear.
No. PDF Anvil runs entirely in your browser. Your file is opened by JavaScript on your own device, and the result is built there too. Nothing is sent to us. You can turn off your internet connection after the page loads and the tool still works.
No. There is no page limit, no file count limit, and no daily quota. The only limit is the memory of your device. Files above 100 MB show a warning, but they still work on most computers.
