Split PDF

Turn one PDF into many. Save every page as its own file, or type the page ranges you need. Your file stays on your device.

How it works

  1. 1

Drop a PDF into the box, or click to choose it.

  2. 2

Pick "Every page" or type page ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-.

  3. 3

Click Split PDF. Download each file, or all of them as a ZIP.

Secure and private by design

  • Files never leave your deviceThe tool runs as JavaScript in your browser. There is no upload and no server-side copy of your document.
  • Works offlineAfter the page loads, you can disconnect from the internet. Processing does not need a connection.
  • No queue, no limitsYour device does the work, so there is no waiting line, no daily quota, and no watermark.

Frequently asked questions

Separate items with commas. "3" is one page. "1-3" is pages 1 to 3. "8-" is page 8 to the end. Each item becomes its own PDF file. Example: 1-3, 5, 8- makes three files.

Choose "Page ranges" and type the pages you want, for example 2, 7-9. Only those pages are saved. The original file is not changed.

When the split makes more than one file, the browser cannot save many files at once without asking every time. The ZIP holds all of them. You can also download each file on its own from the result list.

No. There is no page limit, no file count limit, and no daily quota. The only limit is the memory of your device. Files above 100 MB show a warning, but they still work on most computers.
